9. Returns & exchanges: 7-day easy return/exchange policy.
10. Delivery: 3 to 5 working days.
11. Return charges: If a return is not due to our error, Rs. 300 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Premium Plus:

Brand new with the original price tag, or high-end and luxury brands.

Premium:

Fast fashion brands. No signs of use, looks like new.

Excellent:

No signs of use, or very lightly used. Any minor stain or dirt is washable (guaranteed).

Good:

Visible signs of wear, but still wearable. May have minor stains (removal not guaranteed), small repairable damage, a missing button, a broken zip, or visible lint.
