Shipping & Delivery Policy

At BeThrifted.pk, we believe great fashion should be affordable and accessible. We aim to deliver your handpicked pre-loved fashion items safely and conveniently throughout Pakistan.

Please read our shipping and delivery terms before placing an order.

1. Free Shipping on Orders Above PKR 3,500

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders above PKR 3,500/- across eligible delivery locations in Pakistan.

  • Orders exceeding PKR 3,500 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders of PKR 3,500 or below are subject to standard delivery charges.

  • Shipping charges for non-qualifying orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free-shipping eligibility is determined by the product subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

  • Special handling or remote-area charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before checkout confirmation.

Free shipping applies to eligible domestic orders only and cannot normally be combined with a separate shipping promotion unless stated otherwise.

2. Delivery Locations

We deliver to courier-serviceable locations throughout Pakistan, including major cities such as:

Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and other supported cities and towns.

Delivery availability to remote locations depends on courier network coverage.

If your destination is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you to discuss available alternatives.

3. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and prepare confirmed orders within 1–2 business days.

Our order processing includes:

  1. Verifying order and payment information.

  2. Checking the availability of each selected article.

  3. Completing a final quality inspection.

  4. Carefully packing the products.

  5. Handing the parcel over to our delivery partner.

Prepaid orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on public holidays or outside normal processing hours may be handled on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Major Cities 3–5 business days
Other Cities 4–7 business days
Remote Areas 5–9 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will assist customers experiencing delivery-related difficulties.

5. Available Payment Methods

Depending on the options displayed at checkout, customers may choose from the following methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the payable order amount to the courier representative when your parcel arrives.

COD availability may depend on the delivery location, order value, and courier service.

Bank Transfer / Advance Payment

Customers selecting bank transfer must complete payment using the bank details provided through our authorized checkout or customer support channels.

Orders are processed after payment verification.

Never transfer payment to an account that has not been confirmed through our official channels.

6. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you may receive a confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available contact method.

Our team may contact you to verify:

  • Customer name and phone number

  • Delivery address

  • Ordered products

  • Payment and delivery preferences

Orders with incomplete or incorrect contact information may experience processing delays.

7. Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, we will provide shipment tracking details through an available communication channel.

Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the relevant courier service.

8. One-of-a-Kind Product Availability

BeThrifted specializes in unique pre-loved clothing, and most articles are available in a single piece only.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory, an item may occasionally become unavailable before fulfillment.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer appropriate options, such as:

  • Choosing another available article

  • Removing the unavailable item from your order

  • Receiving a refund for the unavailable prepaid item

We will not substitute a different product without your approval.

If a change affects free-shipping eligibility or the total amount payable, we will communicate the revised total before dispatch.

9. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels

Delivery may fail due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • An unavailable or unreachable recipient

  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept a confirmed order

  • Other circumstances preventing successful delivery

If a parcel is returned to us, we may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery when the failure resulted from incorrect information or customer unavailability. Any such charges will be communicated before reshipping.

10. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

We carefully pack orders to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

If your parcel appears significantly damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  1. Inform the courier representative where practical.

  2. Take photographs of the outer packaging.

  3. Keep the packaging and shipping label.

  4. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

If a product is missing, incorrect, or damaged during shipment, we will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution under our Return & Exchange Policy.

11. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any subsequent request will be handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.

If we cancel a prepaid order because an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill it, the applicable payment will be refunded.

12. International Shipping

Our standard shipping services currently cover Pakistan.

For international delivery inquiries, please contact customer support before placing an order. Availability, charges, delivery times, and any applicable customs duties must be confirmed separately.
